Donations and Requests

Tiger Fan Club donations are made possible by the fund raising efforts of many dedicated volunteers. Most funds are derived from the annual Golf Scramble and concession sales from the Farmington High School athletic competitions.

Each year, Tiger Fan Club routinely funds:

*scholarships to graduating seniors

*$75.00 per varsity coach to be used as they decide

*letter jacket patches for teams and individuals winning conference,section and state. Patches for state level participation are also available. T-shirts celebrating those milestones may also be funded. Please submit a request through the Farmington High School Athletic Director.

All requests for donations must be made in writing by completing a "request form". The completed request form should then be sent to the Farmington High School Athletic Director if funds are for a school sponsored activity, or to the President of the Tiger Fan Club Board of Directors if a community sponsored activity. It is helpful if donation requests are received a week prior to the regularly scheduled meeting on the first Wednesday of the each month during the school year. A representative from the requesting activity should be on hand at the meeting during which the donation request will be discussed in order to answer any questions Board members may have.

This donation request form must be completed and returned to the Tiger Fan Club Board of Directors, preferably before the meeting at which the request will be discussed. A representative of the requesting activity should be present at the meeting.
